I was very disappointed in my visit. At first the gentleman who served us was unwilling to reply despite our friendly manner. Personally, I also find strawberry and raspberry ice cream in a banana cup (see photo) very unsuitable in terms of taste and I didn't expect it because it is very unusual. Countless ice crystals were found in the fruit ice, which, as is well known, do not belong in pure form. On top of that, they unfortunately did not adhere to the Corona regulations during our visit and walked around with the mask on the chin. Unfortunately, there are only pluses for the clean toilets.

The unfriendliness is hard to beat in this Eiscafe. While we ate our ice cream, a dad and his son came by with bicycles, they bought ice cream in the cup and then sat down on the outdoor chairs until the boss came and sent the two away on the grounds that the chairs were for customers only is to buy the ice cream in the shell. The ice cream shop was empty, all seats were free. Then came two old ladies with rollators (about 80-85 years old) both ordered a large ice cream cone. The ladies then sat down at a table to eat their ice cream until the boss came and told the two loudly to leave the table because they bought ice cream to go. They had to get up and eat their ice cream on the street. After that he made fun of the two of them. Do you treat old people like that? Where is the respect. The behavior is inhuman. The ice cream was also not good. All in all, once and never again.

Two weeks ago we wanted to have three people eating ice cream there. It was nice weather, but it was not crowded. We sat down at a free table and waited beaten 10/15 min hopelessly to be able to place our order. There was only one service out there, barely behind. In principle, not bad - you saw that she ran from a to b and tried to serve everyone. In the service I would, however, a short welcome and a small note please wait as a standard wait. Here, however, one meant to avoid any eye contact, to walk past us 20 times, not to say a word and rather to clear empty tables than to take our order. It would have been absolutely no problem to wait a little longer, but if you rather ignored new guests and it does not create a short sign or similar. to give, we did not see our ice cream there and have gone again. Again, without comment. In my opinion not recommended.

One of the best ice cream shops in the area: delicious ice cream, special varieties, well located and friendly staff. Not a few people drive a good deal from the surrounding communities to enjoy a cup of coffee or to get an ice cream for themselves and the family. We love to come here anytime.

First of all: service is fast and very friendly. But: The quality of the ice has declined compared to last year, for me in the area the worst ice cream parlor. A pity, was formerly in Kornwestheim THE ice cream parlor. Has there been a change of ownership here?

Visited again after a year. This time I took different types of ice cream, as there was no other way everything went the same. Ice cream tastes good, the service is friendly, the ambience radiates a bit cool and the proximity to the main street doesn't exactly invite you to linger. Price-performance is top. [I had 4 scoops (mint, chocolate & Nutella) with cream to take away for 5 €]

Good standard ice cream parlor with friendly service. The coffee is also delicious. Special requests are gladly carried out, the atmosphere is relaxed.
